Jerre and Pat Brannen win English Teaching awardJerre and Pat Brannen win the Lillian Isaccs Award from the Florida Baptist Convention Literacy Department. The award surprised them in September 2014 at the annual training convention for Florida English Language Teachers. The ILC is honored to have these 2 teachers among the excellent volunteer faculty at the International Learning Center. The nomination was made by the ILC Director and one of their former students from South Korea who has returned to his country and now teaches some of his classes in English.

The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.
This is the first year that a business has qualified as a Six-Time Award Winner. Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2013 USCA Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USCA and data provided by third parties.
